My name is Nick Felzen. I am an attorney in Miami, Florida and concentrate on helping Miami Landlords with their tenant issues. I am also admitted to practice law in Connecticut, the District of Columbia and the United States Southern District of Florida. I enjoy helping Landlords with their tenant problems as I understand and sympathize with Landlords and their unique problems. I always try to make the Eviction Process move as quickly and painlessly as possible. In addition to representing Landlords in Eviction & other Landlord/Tenant cases, I am also a Real Estate Title Insurance Agent and a member of the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund and practice Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Litigation, Construction Lien matters and Foreclosure Defense in Miami. In addition, I can converse in spanish. I devote much of my free time to the Miami Big Brothers, Big Sisters mentor program. In addition, I am an avid tennis player and sports fan.
